Measure around the chest just under the arms across shoulder blades with arms relaxed down at sides. Add 2" or 3" to your measurement. This is your approximate size. For a relaxed fit add 2". For a looser fit add 3".

Example: If your chest size is 30", you should order 32" for a relaxed fit or 33" for a looser fit.
