When creating our eBay store, we had two goals. The first was making it easy to find what you need. The second was making it look sexy. We feel we've achieved both. This page is dedicated to informing you how to dance through our site.
General Navigation
- We have six shops in Dj's Boardshop (Snowboarding/Wakeboarding/Windsurfing/Golfing/Shoes/Everything Else). If you want to check out gear in a specific shop just click on the link. The front page has two main links to all the shops (the body of the page and the header). Every other page has the links across the header. The Snowboarding, Wakeboarding, and Shoes shops will break down product categories further.
Specific Searches
- Our most valuable tool for the customer who knows specifically what they want is the search bar which is located on all store and auction pages. Where it says “Find Gear in…” is where you type the product you are looking for. You can search for product in all of Dj's Boardshop or you can search within specific shops.
- Ex: You could search for DC sz10 in “All of Dj's Boardshop”. This would result in a search pulling up several DC skate shoes as well as snowboard boots in a sz10. If you are just looking for DC Era Shoes sz10 the best search would be “DC Era Shoes sz10” “Shoe Shop Only”.
Our Site Functions like a Regular Shopping Cart
- You may add several items to cart over a period of time.
- Ex: You've won an item on our eBay auction and you bought another item from our eBay store one evening. You can't decide on a third product so you sleep on it and come back to the site the next day. Then you only have to go through payment once by opening your cart and checking out. We do ask that you don't let an item sit in the shopping cart for more than 3 days.
