• Do you accept returns?

If an item is deferent than described we'll take care of you. Other than that all sales are final, No Returns.

• Do you offer a warranty on any of your items?

  • To keep our prices down we don't offer any warranties on items. So if the items is received in good condition the sale is complete.

• Do you leave feedback after feedback is left?

Yes, it is our policy to leave positive feedback for every buyer that leaves us positive feedback. We take great care of our customers at Dj's Boardshop. If you have any problems with your order, don't hesitate to contact us at custserv@djsboards.com .

  • What if my order does not arrive, is lost, stolen, or damaged?
    • After a minimum transit time (8 business days for Domestic and 12 business days for international orders) we will follow up with a formal investigation through FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service. If the case shows the item was lost, stolen, or damaged we'll send you out a new replacement.

Product Condition
All items at Dj's Boardshop are brand new unless otherwise noted.

Local Pickup
Because we don't have a retail store, we have a 'No Local Pickup' policy.

International Shipping

International Shipping
If your country isn't listed on our shipping terms page, we can't sell to you. It's not because we are haters. We'd love to come ride in your country. It's just that we have strict dealer agreements. Shipping
We ship Monday-Friday except public holidays. Shipments are usually sent the day after payment is received and cleared (Mon-Fri).

  • Do you have any additional sizes or styles in stock?
    • No, everything we have in stock can be found in our store. But it doesn't hurt to check.

Payment FAQ's

  • Can I pay with a cashier's check or money order?
    • Yes
    • Mail all checks to Dj's Boardshop / 300 S. Owasso Blvd / St. Paul / MN 55117.

    Canadian FAQ's

    • Will taxes/duties be charged upon delivery ?
      • Yes, taxes/duties still apply in addition to the shipping fee. In some situations you may be asked to pay them upon delivery or you may be sent a bill.
      • We ship our Canadian orders with the U.S. Postal Service and they don't seem to get charged taxes/duties as much as FedEx and UPS.
      • For an estimate of these charges please contact your local shipping carriers or government.

    • Can you mark the item as a gift or sample?
      • Unfortunately, we are unable to mark any items that we ship as a gift or sample. We mark the items with the price you pay for them. There is nothing we can do to help you avoid paying taxes/duties upon delivery.

    Shipping FAQ's

    Where and who do you ship with?

    • We ship to the lower 48 states via FedEx ground.

    • We ship to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, and AS via Priority Mail.

    • We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Ground.

    • We ship to Canada via DHL.

    Do you provide shipping discounts for multiple items?

      • Yes we do! We offer 40% off of shipping and handling on orders with two or more listings. This discount is now automatically applied to eligable orders.

      • Can I specify shipping details in comments?
        • Unfortunately we can't pass that information on to FedEx or USPS. You can specify if you'd like a package left or not left by signing a note and placing it on your door. If no note is left, it is up to the drivers' disgression.
